Friendly front desk staff.

It was just a suitable option for a weekend breather in Dayton with all in all brilliant value for money. The room was subpar, with horrible lighting in the bathroom. Make sure to request kitchen items ahead of time, as they seem to be extra.

The disability room was nice, but the check-in process was frustrating.

i had a decent stay at extended stay. the location was great, with easy access to multiple restaurants and shopping. breakfast offered grab-and-go items, including coffee and oatmeal, which was a nice touch. the staff were very helpful, making my experience much smoother and enjoyable.

Could Be Better but Nice for a Short Stay

Room was decent but the noise from the fridge was disruptive. The staff's friendliness stood out during my visit. The area offers great dining options within walking distance. For a comfortable stay, request a room away from the elevator. Enjoy the convenience of nearby restaurants!

the breakfast was set up right in front of the entry (kind of cramped for guests). the bed was surprisingly comfy. staff was friendly, providing nice service. overall, no major complaints about cleanliness and the room itself.

The Queen Studio I stayed in was clean and had a comfy bed, which was nice. Water pressure in the shower could use some work, but at least the water was hot. The kitchen area was pretty much bare and you had to ask for basic things, which felt odd. The atmosphere was okay, but the whole setup seemed a bit outdated. Overall, I got what I needed for a short stay, but it felt a bit lacking in essentials.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We visited the beautiful Cox Arboretum and enjoyed some trails at the Five Rivers MetroPark. The area is perfect for outdoor fun, especially if you're into nature walks. Just a heads up, check-out is at 11am. Overall, a great place for a group trip!
